Traveller from Cottingham stayed in April,2009

Our rooms were booked 3 months prior to this date - our friemds room was not ready when we arrived @ 3.30pm, they were told it would be ready by 4pm ..... room was still not ready at 4.30pm so they asked for another room, eventually they were upgraded to a far more superior room than our pokey little room (024) located downstairs, the window wouldn't open so there was no air, it was very warm during the night .... if there had been a fire in the corridor we wouldn't have been able to get out. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone nor will I be staying again - I feel cheated really, having booked & paid for both rooms to be left with a horrible one, not a pleasant stay at all !!

Top Tip:
If your room is located downstairs (i.e. floor M for instance) ask to be moved !!
