When I initially arrived, I found the receptionist to be quite rude and abrupt - having spent 30 minutes trying to find the car park, thanks to very poor directions from the doorman, I wasn't very impressed. Be warned that if you drive here, the car park is not attached to the hotel (and also not easy to find) and you will have to pay extra.
However, the following day the breakfast and room service staff were more pleasant, although no awards will be won for customer service.
The hotel is very modern and although I am a big fan of minimalism, I found the bedroom to be very bland. It was also quite small. I was in the corner of the building next to the lifts, and from my window I could see directly into other peoples rooms!
The bathroom was very nice and the whole room was clean.
The iMac was interesting - perfectly fine for watching TV. However, the internet connection was down for the whole time that I was there, so I was dissappointed.
My room was quite noisy (as it directly overlooked the tram line) - but as I was in the city centre, I think it is would be expected to have some noise.
Food was acceptable - nothing out of the ordinary.
I put most of my issues down to this hotel being very new, maybe in the next few months it will start to get over its teething troubles. But I found it to be far too over-priced for the accomodation and service it offered.
