I have put service/staff low not because of the staff but because of the bad management of check in on arrival.
It was a busy night in Manchester but only 2 staff checking people in. I had a half hour wait in a queue to check in.
One of the two lifts was out of order, so had to wait over 45 minutes before I could get in to go to my room.
Breakfast absolutely gorgeous! Room was fabulous. The only draw back was check in and lifts
